Finally got around to completing 99% of my DVD Collection.

It’s broken into TV Box Sets, People I collect on (Angelina Jolie, Mariska Hargitay, Drew Barrymore, Rachel Weisz, Julianna Margulies, Eva Mendes and Jayne Mansfield) and Random Titles not belonging to any category. Oh, and what I am missing from each set.

I was surprised to see that out of the 34 Angelina films that have been released to DVD, I am only missing 8! Sweet!

Mariska has done A LOT of TV work so it’s gonna take a while to track down all of those but I have made a nice dent so far into her collection. I’m buying what I can find but am more focused on collecting her major magazine articles right now. 7 seasons of SVU to cap ought to keep me busy for a while… 0_o

Drew’s list on IMDB has been updated quite a bit since my last visit. A lot of TV episodes have been added and a lot of voice acting films need to be found. But major films I don’t have many to get.

Rachel… I have been very, very slack in this collection the past few years. A few of my movies are burned (poor quality as well) so I need to get around to replacing them and I just haven’t been feeling her movies lately. She is still my #1 actress but for the love of god, choose some decent fucking roles, woman!

I am about halfway through Julianna’s collection which I’m quite happy about.

Eva I have just started collecting on so I haven’t got too many. Like Mariska I am focusing on collecting magazine clippings atm.

And Jayney, I have a grand total of two, LMAO!!! Indeed. Just started this collection. I haven’t watched Promises! Promises! yet, but I can assure you that you will know once I have

Clippings wise, holy fucking shit, I have a well over 200 full sized pages to sort out from Mariska, Eva, Julianna and Charize to sort out. Fuck! I’ve been collecting for a while now but haven’t had time to sit down and file them all.

I think I’m soon going to be jumping on the Twilight bandwagon. Two days ago while I was in Borders I saw they were selling it for a nice $12.50 so I read the back cover and thought, ‘why not?’ I didn’t actually know anything about this book/cult following-not even that it was about vampires LOL I love vampire stuff so I grabbed it. Advanced screenings of the film will happen here (Oz) on December 10 so that gives me time to read the book before hand. The female star, Kristen Stewart, is a hottie but I was slightly quite stunned to see she is only 18-fucking-years old-that’s jail bait, man! lol Not to mention it’s very rare for me to fancy anyone in hollywood that is considered ‘young’ (my crushes are all 30+).

I saw that Fai (webmiss) has taken over the inactive Eva Mendes site Eva Mendes Fan. My fave Eva site (esp for caps) is Siempre Eva Mendes. Eva Mendes Online is also good for Media but doesn’t get updated very often on the front page. I couldn’t help my new found obsession so started collecting her clippings and films about one month ago. My fave articles I own is by far are Jane - August, 2007 (fave shoot of hers) and Interview - August, 2008. The films of hers I own are: ER (episode) (she was in a scene with Julianna Margulies! *squee*), Training Day, 2 Fast 2 Furious (seriously hot in this!), Ghost Rider (fucking terrible lol), We Own the Night (best sex scene ever!). I’ve not bought a few of her better known films like Hitch as I can get burnt copies. No site from me has been planned as of yet (no time) - but never say never

I have Erin’s (cousin) 18th party tom night. Should be a good night. I’ll be wearing this dress (it’s actually more of a cream that pink) with gold strappy flats. I’m still deciding on how I should do my hair and makeup.

I officially have the best girlfriend ever! Tonight after work she msg’d/sms’d me to tell me that she bought me some Eva Mendes clippings and a naked photo of her for me (this one). Holy crap I have a lot to catch people up on. Hopefully I get it all:

- I am seeing a wonderful amazing girl named Bernie. We’ve been together since the beginning of August and we’re both really happy
- This NYE myself, Bernie, Candice, Budgie (her other half) and two of his mates are going to Melbourne a huge rave called Sensation.

The first ever Sensation took place at the Amsterdam ArenA – home of Ajax football club, and was experienced by 20,000 clubbers. The following year, Sensation as we know it was born. As a tribute to his brother Miles, who helped found ID&T before sadly dying in a car accident, Duncan Stutterheim, Sensation CEO, asked visitors to dress in white as people did at Miles’ funeral. Numbers had doubled from the first year, and eighty percent of the 40,000 attendees did so, creating an image so staggering that the dress code has remained the same ever since.

It’s being held at the Telstra Dome and holds 40,000 people - apparently the biggest indoor venue in the world… 0_o And all of us wearing white… 0_o HAWT!!! I’m gonna have SO much fun! Watch the advert for the event here.

- The Tavern I work at got robbed (armed robbery) Monday at midnight. I had finished 9pm that night so thankfully/luckily was out of there by then. You can read what the media has released here. Obviously I cannot release anymore info. At first I wasn’t bothered by the event as it didn’t happen to me but yest during my break on my split shift the staff had to attend a group discussion session. We had one of the detectives on the case talk to us about what happened and about armed robberies in general. Then a Psychologist talked to us and brought the mood down big time. She pointed out that every person is affected whether directly involved or not and just some stuff she said made me realise that I had been affected and once the session was over I was to start my next shift but really didn’t want to. I was forcing myself not to cry and my hands were shaking. I was in a pretty shitty mood for the next hour but I was okay after that.

- I have a new massive celeb crush - Eva Mendes. OMFG!!! I’ve always thought she was really attractive but I saw a few pics where her eyes looked similar to Mariska’s - and that was it, I was hooked, lol. Even Bernie agreed with me. She is currently on two Aussie mags and I bought both. The Men’s Style is a new naked shot (sadly covering the best areas of her body) BUT she did recently pose nude for Italian Vogue so all is good. The Men’s Style also has a big fold out poster of her new Calvin Klein advertisment for perfume - which is so going on my wall (previews below). The poster is actually double sided so I’m gonna do what the magazine ppl want me to do and buy a second copy LOL The advert got banned in the US, btw, apparently it’s too raunchy because it exposes a glimpse of her nipple. The yanks hand out guns to their citizens like candy yet freak out over something like this… wtf?!

I also discovered that she has been in a movie with Joaquin Phoenix (2007) called We Own The Night and in the opening scene she is masturbating (over her sexy clothes) and then Joaquin starts to finger her (Joaquin the lucky bastard also gets to suck on one of her breasts he exposes!). Can anyone say jack pot? LOL I can finally say that one of my ‘girls’ will do slutty things LOL!!! Indeed. *nods* I am preparing a massive pic spam of her, you have been warned.

- SVU SPOILER!!! Oh god, I just found out that in episode 10×07 ‘Wildlife’, SVU, Olivia goes undercover as a hooker again - WOO HOO!!! LOL Fans of the show may remember her dressing as one in Season 7. The show may have gone to shit but so long as they keep giving me treats like this it may save me having to hunt down Dick Wolf (creator). I’m sure this story line with have all of the fucking e/o shippers wetting their pants but if the creators are going to give in to prime time pressure and give fans their lead stars making out -and turn a previously uber butch dyke cop into a pink wearing straight femme- then I guess I can be a tiny, tiny bit happy that they’re gonna have Mariska slutted up whilst doing so.
