A hoy! I’m still alive Since my last entry things got pretty hairy for me offline. I’m single again (won’t go into on here) and am living behind my mum’s place again while I save for a few things and then I’ll move again. I’ve been avoiding emails so I’ll get to them this weekend *nods*

Today my best friend and I enrolled to do a Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming Licence certificates so we can go around to pubs/clubs and get work pouring drinks. The pay is really good and it’s my ticket out of retail. WOO!!! I worked out today that it’s been 10 years since I started working in the retail industry. The customer isn’t always fucking right!!! >:( The ‘courses’ are over three days (May 26, 27, 28) so we’ll be able to start applying for jobs in roughly 2 weeks Words cannot describe how happy I am that I’m finally free of the retail industry. So happy!

Who else is really looking forward to the Sex and the City movie? It’s released here June 5th and one cinema is already taking bookings for the tickets 0_o I reckon this film will be excellent, I can’t wait for a good Samantha dosage “Fuck me badly once, shame on you. I’ve finally gotten around to finishing the pages of this site. They’re not as in depth as before but I had all of the pages saved in Word on my brothers pc. My brother deleted my user screen because I had apparently told him I’d gotten everything. Nice. I lost all of my Mariska media for a second time. *cries* The first time was on the old dodgy lap top - but lets not go there.

But I just had a thought about my ideas for a Mariska fan site. I bought mariska-hargitay.com and mariskahargitayforum.com a few years ago and have been ‘planning’ sites for these domains ever since. Planning. Well, a few months ago I decided that I wouldn’t make a site on her until SVU was over because I’m SO, so sick of watching the shows quailty decline and especially seeing Olivia Benson go to shit so this would be my way of ‘protesting’ lol See, there aren’t any *great* sites on her atm. There is one that is so-so but it was hacked. But I just thought that what if I use mariska-hargitay.com as a big community forum and (maybe) have a Gallery attached to it. That way I can just update news I feel like doing and leave the SVU shit to other members that give a damn about it. I do love Mariska and all of the Charity work that she does, that’s why I *do* want to go ahead with a project but just not a full blown site as I refuse to update SVU crap, lol. That and I haven’t got the time or energy to research her for all of the text crap for a proper site. Right now I couldn’t have a gallery at the community (if I decide to go ahead with this) because Jess’s pc is that slow that opening a new *browser* makes it jam. That and she has little d/l and it’s on dial up, lol. So yeah, something to think about.

Angelina: While I cannot make an gallery updates I was thinking along the same lines of the Mariska idea: to just make use of the forum and really get it out there promotion wise. To just have fans chat about Angie… But it’s just so hard with Angie fans because they *want* the candid pics. They *want* to gossip and bitch. My forum isn’t about that and I fear that there aren’t many other Angie fans out there that share my views on her like this I’m prepared to put in the hard yards to get the forum a good google ranking but I don’t wanna do it for nothin’, you know? I need to know it will be appreciated and my time won’t be wasted with dickhead fans, so to speak

Anyhow, enough with that.

I have made a very big health decision… A change… And I know this will make Riikka slap me about but I have decided to try and eat meat again… The reason? Well, I’ve been a vege for 8 years in Oct and just recently I had a series of blood tests done for various reasons and somehow they all came back alright (although the iron is bordering on low). I’ve made some decisions in the past that have left my health not so good and getting these tests back is like a second chance to ‘get it right’ health wise. I’m a shitty vegetarian, there’s no doubt about it. I need more iron, I’m sick of feeling like this. If I can detach myself from knowing I’m eating flesh I’ll be able to do this. I’m planning to ’start’ tomorrow but we’ll see.

In other news, I have a cold/flu bug and I have SO much crap in my head, gah! This morn as I’m blowing my nose my ears keep blocking and I can’t hear much… 0_o

Speaking of this site, it’s got me thinking about blogs in general. Seen as this is public that means that sweet fuck all of my personal life goes in here. So it makes me wonder sometimes why people even bother reading this. I get why my friends do but I’m talking about complete strangers. But I suppose who would want to read a bunch of personal stuff that they don’t even care about anyway? It’s more entertaining to listen to me dribble shit instead it would seem LOL Indeed. But hey, I don’t mind.

On reading strangers blogs, do you do this? *raises hand* I read this guys blog. He seems very down to earth and interesting. I usually tend to keep away from ‘popular’ bloggers as they have an ego problem but this guy seems alright so I pop in there from time to time. Another is this one. I don’t actually read this one but keep going back to look at her artwork, it’s stunning! I love this! Wow!

I’m at home sick today feeling sorry for myself. I am waiting for the surgery to open so I can book in and order some blood work to be done so I can check my iron and protein levels. I haven’t been looking after my health again so it’s gone to shit -again- but this time I really do mean it that I am going to get better at this. As one of my friends said, “You’re a dick Lisa and a terrible vegetarian.” heh Being with Jess is inspiring me to want to take better care of my health. She’s so good for me without even trying. Depending on how I feel today I may even get the exercise bike out. Besides exercising for health I need to start fighting against those tasty chocolate bunnies I keep eating LOL They’re determined to go to my waist line but I will put up a fight!
